Following its predecessor, Viva Remedies Ltd., which “operated” in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) from 2002 to 2010, VIVA HEALTHCARE FZ LLC was founded in the UAE on May 11, 2010, under the guidelines of the RAK Investment Authority. The company was initially led by shareholders Mr. Dheerajmal Bastimal Siroya and Mr. Gautam Chand Mehta.

As part of a strategic restructuring, the group is now owned by its holding company, Viva Investments Ltd., established in the British Virgin Islands in 2017.
