Based in the United Arab Emirates, Viva Healthcare Group is a renowned pharmaceutical distribution firm that was founded in 2002. Our company, which has a long history dating back to its founding in 2002 as Viva Remedies Ltd., specializes in the import and export of pharmaceutical products as well as surgical and medical supplies. We cater to a wide variety of markets, such as the Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and the CIS countries. We take great satisfaction in our extensive global footprint and unwavering dedication to providing high-quality healthcare solutions, having established devoted subsidiaries in the Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Our commissions agency business is managed by our sister company, Al Basti Intl Gen Trading LLC, which is registered with the Economic Development Department of Sharjah, UAE.

FOUNDERS
VIVA HEALTHCARE FZ LLC was founded by two visionary individuals: Mr. Dheerajmal Bastimal Siroya (D.B. Siroya) and Mr. Gautam Chand Mehta.
As a seasoned businessman who has been in the United Arab Emirates since 1975, Mr. D.B. Siroya has worked in a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, banking, construction, gold jewelry, diamond trading, and aviation. He continues to lead as Chairman, bringing a lot of expertise and commitment to the role.
Mr. Gautam Chand Mehta, the Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the company, who has been acquainted with Mr. Siroya since 1977, plays a pivotal role in the management of Viva Healthcare’s financial and operational matters. The company’s expansion and success may be attributed in large part to his leadership and competence.

Our History
Following its predecessor, Viva Remedies Ltd., which ran in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) from 2002 to 2010, VIVA HEALTHCARE FZ LLC was founded in the UAE on May 11, 2010, under the guidelines of the RAK Investment Authority. The company was initially led by shareholders Mr. Dheerajmal Bastimal Siroya and Mr. Gautam Chand Mehta.
As part of a strategic restructuring, the group is now owned by its holding company, Viva Investments Ltd., established in the British Virgin Islands in 2017.

Dheerajmal Bastimal Siroya
Founder & Chairman
Founder & Chairman: Mr. Dheerajmal Bastimal Siroya, a seasoned entrepreneur with over five decades of experience, has founded and led several successful ventures in the UAE, including Shattaf Jewellery and Siroya Jewellers LLC. In 2010, he founded Viva Healthcare FZ LLC, a pharmaceutical distribution company that has since expanded its operations internationally. His extensive expertise spans multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Siroya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1960) and a Bachelor of Law degree (1962) from the University of Bombay, India.
Gautam Chand Mehta
Founder, Vice Chairman & Executive Director
Mr. Gautam Chand Mehta, a Chartered Accountant since 1975, began his career as a partner at M/s Todarwal & Company, Mumbai. In 1977, he joined M/s Shattaf Group in Sharjah as Chief Accountant & CFO, before becoming a key partner in the Siroya Group in 1992. As the Founder, Vice Chairman & Executive Director of VIVA HEALTHCARE FZ LLC, he plays a pivotal role in the company's global pharmaceutical distribution efforts.

Rupesh Mehta
Mr. Rupesh Mehta, a Chartered Accountant who graduated from the prestigious London Business School, has extensive experience in finance and management. He previously led operations at Anand Rathi Securities and served as Regional Director at Edelweiss Financial Group. Since 2020, Rupesh has been driving the growth of VIVA HEALTHCARE FZ LLC as the Managing Director.

Director - Operations & Administration
Ms. Shilpa Mehta, a Chartered Accountant by profession, currently oversees the Operations and Administration at VIVA HEALTHCARE FZ LLC. With a successful track record, she founded and grew a Corporate Travel Management business in 2004, which she sold in 2006. As a Shareholder and Director of Viva Investments Ltd, Shilpa also plays a crucial role in the investment decision-making process for the company’s portfolio.
Praveen Kumar
Manager – Finance
Mr. Praveen Kumar Parvataneni is a Finance Manager with over 17 years of experience across India, Ukraine, and Uganda, specializing in financial accounting, international taxation, and compliance. He holds a B.Com degree from Nagarjuna University and has completed CA Inter from ICAI. Praveen's expertise spans multiple industries, including IT, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight and strategic planning.
